CRWDS Streamers Portal — Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of personal data held by the CRWDS Streamers Portal (operated by Hyped, Lda — NIPC 514727926, Rua António Correia Calhatro, nº 11, 4700-126 Braga, Portugal) at any time. This page describes how to make the request, what data is deleted, what data we are legally required to retain, and how long the process takes.

How to request deletion

Email your deletion request to the address below. Include the email address associated with your CRWDS account so we can identify the records to remove.

What gets deleted

On confirmation of a valid request, CRWDS deletes:

• Your account record and login credentials.
• All personally identifiable profile fields — legal name, phone number, tax identification number (NIF), residential address, postal code, country of residence.
• Payout information — encrypted IBAN, account holder name, tax country.
• All linked social-account records (Twitch, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) — including any encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Streamer notification inbox history.
• Avatars and any other user-uploaded media tied to your account.

What is retained

Some data must be retained even after account deletion to comply with applicable law and operational integrity:

• Financial records — invoices, payout receipts, and tax documentation are retained for 10 years from the end of the relevant fiscal year, in alignment with Portuguese commercial law (Código Comercial Art.40 + RGCT). These records may include your name and tax identification number for compliance purposes.
• Anonymised aggregate statistics — campaign-level totals that do not identify any individual streamer may be retained indefinitely for operational reporting.
• Audit-trail entries for actions like IBAN changes are retained for the legally mandated period in non-identifying form.

Processing time

Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and completed within 30 days from the date the request is received, in line with Article 12(3) of the GDPR. If a request is particularly complex or we receive a high volume of requests, the period may be extended by up to two further months — in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for the delay.

Alternative — disconnect a single platform

If you want to remove a single linked social account (for example, disconnect Instagram while keeping your CRWDS account active), you can do so directly from the streamer portal's /socials page. The disconnect immediately revokes any stored OAuth tokens; the historical link record is retained in soft-deleted form for audit, and follower-count data is no longer refreshed.
