CRWDS Streamers Portal — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CRWDS Streamers Portal, the streamer-facing surface of CRWDS — a campaign-management and delivery platform for brand advertising inside livestreams. The service is operated from Portugal by:

1. Definition of the service

The CRWDS Streamers Portal lets streamers link their streaming and social accounts, accept brand campaigns, deliver brand overlays to their viewers, and track resulting earnings. CRWDS brokers campaign placements between brands and streamers, delivers the overlays, and processes streamer payouts. Brands run their campaigns through a separate brand portal; those brand-side terms are not the subject of this document.

2. Acceptance of terms

By signing in to the CRWDS Streamers Portal, linking a streaming or social account, or accepting a campaign, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.

3. Streamer obligations

• Deliver campaign overlays to your viewers as scheduled by the operator.
• Provide accurate statistics where the platform requires manual entry (for example, CSV uploads of platform-side analytics, or the manually-entered follower count for X).
• Comply with each linked platform's terms of service (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X) — your relationship with those platforms remains directly governed by them.
• Maintain accurate identity, payout and tax information; notify the operator promptly of changes.
• Do not misrepresent campaign performance or attempt to game impression counts.
• Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your authenticated session.

4. Brand obligations

Brands that run campaigns delivered to your streams are bound by their own agreement with the operator, including providing compliant advertising creative and honouring agreed budgets. Those obligations are referenced here for context only and are governed by the brand-side terms.

5. Operator obligations

• Deliver the platform service as described — campaign brokering, overlay delivery, analytics, payouts.
• Reconcile and pay streamer earnings on a monthly cycle via SEPA bank transfer.
• Maintain accurate billing records and provide invoices.
• Protect your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Payment terms

Streamer payouts are processed manually via SEPA bank transfer on a monthly reconciliation cycle. The operator may withhold payouts for amounts under a minimum threshold until that threshold is met. Earnings are calculated from a published formula based on viewer-weighted campaign delivery.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with 30 days' written notice. The operator may suspend or terminate access immediately for cause — including misrepresentation, fraud, breach of these Terms, or violation of any linked platform's terms. On termination, outstanding payouts owed to you remain due.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The operator's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the total amount paid to or by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim. The operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for failures of upstream platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Braga, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

The operator may amend these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
